Learned counsel for the appellant contends that he has received counter on behalf of the respondent no. 1 today. The reply of the respondent no. 2 is already on record.
Learned counsel for the appellant has drawn attention of this court to the earlier order dated 27.08.2021, which records that none is appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 3- Auction Purchaser despite service upon him on 11.11.2019.
In view of the above, list this case on 22.03.2023 for hearing. Till then the interim order, if any, shall remain operative.
