As per order dated 26.07.2022 in I.A. No. 893/2014, the delay in filing M.A. No. 892/2014 i.e. application for restoration of Appeal No. 144/2008 dismissed for non-prosecution on 10.07.2014, the was allowed and delay condoned along with an application for restoration of Appeal by directing the Appellants to pay costs of ₹15,000/- to the Respondent No. 1 Bank within a period of two weeks. Vide Roznama dated 19.09.2022, the Registrar has recorded payment of costs to the Bank. Hence, Appeal No. 144/2008 stands restored its file.
Parties are directed to complete the pleadings and get ready for a hearing on the next date, positively.
