Learned counsel for the respondent states that whenever the possession is to be taken the respondent bank, it will give at least 15 days notice and only thereafter will take possession of the property.
Ld.Counsel for the appellant prayes that bank be directed to issue a notice granting three weeks time.
Heard. Let the bank not issue the notice before 01.01.2023 and that will give the time to Ld.Counsel for the appellant to argue the matter on 10.01.2023 i.e. before expiry of notice period.
Let the notice be not issued by the bank to the appellant before 01.01.2023.
List the matter on 10.01.2023 for hearing.
