This appeal has been filed for setting aside the order dated 14.06.2022 passed by DRT, Jaipur whereby SA of the borrower i.e. respondents no.3 to 9 was allowed. It is submitted by the Ld. counsel for appellant that requisite court fee has been paid by the appellant.
Issue notice of the appeal to the respondents by all permissible modes for 27.10.2022. In case of any urgency, the appellant is at liberty to approach this Tribunal for early hearing.
