The Appellants had carried out the amendment and the copy of the amended Appeal Memorandum is being handed over to the Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent Bank.
M.A. No. 771/2010 is an application for waiver of deposit filed by Appellants who are borrowers under Sec. 21 of the RDB Act. The Appeal impugns the order of the D.R.T., Pune in O.A. No. 153/2005 dated 01.08.2008 wherein there was a decree against the Appellants to pay a sum of Rs.25 Lakhs together with interest @ 18.36% per annum. Appellants seek the indulgence of this Tribunal for total waiver of pre-deposit.
