On verification of affidavit of service it is oversed that service upon respondent no.1 is not done Postal tracking report enclosed to the affidavit is showing that service upon respondent no 2 is conformed.HoweverLd. Counsel, Mr. Soudip Pal Choudhuri along with Ms. Saswati Sikder is present on behalf of respondent no 1 and submits that vakalatnama was filed on 14-03-2022. Hence, Ld. Counsel for appellant prays to place the matter before Hon’ble Chairperson as service is complete.
The matter may be placed before Hon’ble Chairperon on 29/08/2022 for further proceedings.
