THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Record shows that Respondent No. 3, Madhusudan Rao, is the Auction Purchaser who is a necessary party in this appeal. He purchased the property for an amount of Rs.70.00 lac. It appears that notices were issued to him on the given address wherein a report was received. Thereafter, notices were published in newspaper but Respondent No. 3 has not put in his appearance. It would be appropriate that fresh service of notice be made upon Respondent No. 3 at the given address as well as at the address which is mentioned in the sale certificate. Learned Counsel, who was representing Respondent No. 3 before the Learned DRT-2, Hyderabad, be also served with the notice of appeal.
Affidavit-of-service be filed within a period of four weeks.
