THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned counsel for the appellant has filed I.A. 198 of 2022 seeking waiver from pre-deposit. Learned counsel submits that instant appeal has been filed against the interim order passed in O.A. filed by the respondent bank. Till date there is no decree passed declaring the amount due. Accordingly, waiver application being no. I.A. 198 of 2022 is allowed. Regular appeal number be provided.
Learned counsel for the appellant has filed I.A. 199 of 2022 seeking stay of operation of the order dated 21.12.2021. Respondent may file opposition to the I.A. within two weeks with copy to the respondent who may file rejoinder within two weeks thereafter.
Opposition to the appeal filed today is taken on record. Rejoinder, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
