This is an application for early hearing of the appeal which stands listed for 06.05.2022.

Notice. Mr. Suruchi Kasliwal, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 who has also filed caveat.

Respondents 3 and 4 are to be served. Issue notice to them by all the permissible modes for the next date of hearing.

Mr. Sudhir Gupta, Ld. Sr. Advocate submits that the Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court vide its order dated 25.01.2022 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1212/2022, which was filed by the appellant against the impugned order dated 27.12.2021, has stayed the operation of the said order and the same interim protection has further been extended for two weeks vide order dated 12.04.2022 while disposing of the said writ petition. He submits that the interim protection granted may be continued till the next date.

List the matter for 28.07.2022 for hearing. The interim protection granted by the Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court shall continue till then.

The date of 06.05.2022 already fixed in the matter stands cancelled.
