Learned counsel for appellant states that there are chances of settlement. Let the appellant approach the respondent bank with his proposal for settlement. Learned counsel for respondent states that he will convey to the DGM of the bank, the willingness of the appellant to settle the matter and advise him to make all efforts to settle the matter amicably.
Mr. Rajinder Wali states that in the meanwhile appellant will move the DRT, Jaipur against the notice issued under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act. Mr. Rajendra Salecha, who practises in DRT, Jaipur is requested to assist and represent the appellant before the DRT, Jaipur in this regard as amicus curiae.
