Miscellaneous Appeal No. 116/2020
This is an appeal filed by the appellant against the impugned order dated 16.06.2020 passed by Ld. DRT-II, Delhi whereby O.A. No. 545/2015 was allowed.
Perusal of records reveals that pre-deposit is not made by the appellant till date.
In view of the above that numbers of opportunities have been granted to the appellant to make pre-deposit, but he failed to deposit the same. Accodingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of compliance of the condition of predeposit. However, in the interest of justice, liberty has been granted to the appellant to revive the appeal by filing appropriate application after making the requisite pre-deposit. The date already fixed for 09.03.2023 stands cancelled.
