THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
An affidavit is filed by the Appellants to the effect that inadvertently due to mistake caveat notice could not be sent to the Respondent in spite of the fact that notice of caveat was served upon them. Learned Counsel for the Respondent did not press the issue now in view of the assertions made in the Appellant's affidavit.
Appeal is admitted. Notices be issued to the Respondent No. 2 to 6. Affidavit of service be filed within two weeks.
Opposition be filed within a period of four weeks from today with
copy to the Appellant who may file the rejoinder within two weeks thereafter.
List on 12th January, 2023 for re hearing of Appeal.
