Counsel Mr. Nemani Srinivas on behalf of appellant with a request to dismiss the regular Appeal Dy. No. 114 of 2022 as withdrawn.
Affidavit of service was not filed. However, Ld. Counsel, Ms. Mousumi Ganguly, for Respondent No. 1 endorsed her signature on the face of withdrawal application. Service was not been made upon Respondent No. 2.
Vide order dated 28/09/2022, the matter is fixed on 09/01/2023 before Hon’ble Chairperson.
The matter may be placed before the Hon’ble Chairperson on fixed date i.e. on 09/01/2023 for further proceedings.
