The application has been filed on behalf of Ganga Construction against the order passed by the Ld. Presiding Officer, DRT-3, Kolkata order dated 02-03-2021 in SA/109/2020. Application fees of Rs.18585/- vide T.R. no.115598 dt.26-04-2022 has been paid along with the application.
