Shri S.K. Srivastava, Advocate appears on behalf of the respondent-Bank and submits that copy of memo has not been served upon him.
Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to provide the copy of memo to the counsel for the respondent-Bank within 48 hours, who may file reply to the delay condonation application by the next date.
Issue notice to the other respondents on delay condonation application by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within 10 days. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
