Heard the learned counsels for the parties.
Learned counsel for the applicant has filed the present misc. application for direction to the Presiding Officer, DRT, Allahabad for deciding the S.A. No. 393/2019 preferred under section 17(1) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 within the time stipulated by this Hon’ble Tribunal.
In view of the above, the present application is disposed off with direction to the Presiding Officer, DRT, Allahabad for deciding the S.A. No. 393/2019 most expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
