Pandey, counsel for the appellant Bank, Learned counsel for the appellant submits that after filing of the present appeal, matter has been settled between the parties and the borrower has withdrawn the S.A. pending before the Tribunal below, therefore, the present appeal has become infructuous. Therefore, the learned counsel prays that the present appeal may be dismissed as having become infructuous.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
