An application (MA Dy. No.145/2022) is filed by Ld. Counsel, Mr. Basudeb Mukherjee on behalf of respondent no.5, M/s. Rolex Metal for extension of time to deposit the amount with the Official Liquidator in MISC application Dy.no.145/2022 arising out of Appeal no.81/2014 vide T.R. no.115653 dt. 12-05-2022. Appeal no.81/2014 was disposed off on 13.02.2020. One of the direction in the said order dt.13.02.2020 is that “M/s Rolex Metal will deposit a sum of Rs.6,62,50,000/- within three (3) months from today with interest thereon @ 7% p.a. simple from the date of order dated 08.11.2013 of DRT till payment, with the Appellant-Official Liquidator;”
