As regard pre-deposit Ld. Counsel states that the appeal is filed against interim order passed in O.A. The O.A is yet to be decided. Hence, condition of pre-deposit is not applicable.

As regard multiple relief sought, Ld. Counsel states that the relief sought are incidental and consequential.

It appears that relief soughts are not consequential, as the O.A. is yet to be decided and restoration of possession and restraining the Bank from auction sale are also prayed in relief column of the Appeal.

As regard certified copy Ld. Counsel states the down loaded copy of the impugned order has been filed and he undertakes that he will file certified copy of the impugned order.

The instant Appeal has been filed under section 20 of the RDB Act, against the interim order dated 26.07.2021 passed in O.A. No. 192/2021. Application for Condonation of Delay (I.A. 46/2022) has also been filed.
