This matter is posted today for dismissal as petitioner/appellant was absent on previous hearings i.e. on 17.3.2022 & 29.4.2022.
To give an opportunity to the petitioner/appellant, matter is posted to this day under caption “for dismissal”. In spite of that, petitioner/appellant evinced no in interest in prosecuting the application.
Even this application is filed to condone delay of 998 days in filing application for restoration of appeal, which was dismissed for default on 5.3.2018. Appellant failed to evince any interest particularly when the appellant earlier experienced dismissal of the appeal.
Therefore, IA 367/2020 is dismissed for default.
Consequently other applications viz., IA 368/2020 (restoration), IA 369/2020 (delay in representation), IA 370/2020 (delay) & IA 371/2020 (waiver) are dismissed and the appeal is rejected.
