Shri Vipul Pandey, Ld. Counsel for the appellant is present and files Waiver Application (I.A. No. 74/2022). Ld. Counsel files authorization letter. The pages which are illegible as per the report of the registry are not pressed by Ld. Counsel.
Ld. Counsel provides D.D Number 287978 dated 12.04.2022 (Punjab National Bank) of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lacs) towards court fee. As regard the defect regarding multiple relief Ld. Counsel states that relief sought are consequential as the order passed in Review Application and order passed in S.A. are challenged.
No pre-deposit has been made. Waiver Application has been filed. In the Waiver Application it has stated that there is no debt which has been claimed by the respondent-bank against the appellants. The undersigned is not agreed with the contention. Ld. Counsel states that he will argue this point before Hon’ble Court.
This Appeal has been filed against order dated 29.10.2021 of DRT, Lucknow, in R.A. No. 04 /2021 and order dated 17.03.2021 in S.A. 26 of 2020 of DRT, Lucknow. Waiver Application has been filed.
