THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that in compliance of the order dated 25th July, 2022, the Appellant has already paid an amount of Rs. 8 lacs (Rupees eight lacs) at the time of making proposal for OTS, although the same could not be materialized.
