These Diary No. 45/2021 (Lodg. No. 425/2020) alongwith Lodg. Nos. 423/2020, 424/2020 & 426/2020 were lodged on 25.11.2020. Despite granting reasonable opportunities for removal of defects, the appellant failed to remove the defects noticed by the office also not representing in the matter. Hence, it is presumed that, the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

In view of above & under the provision of sub Rule (4) of Rule 6 DRAT (Procedure) Rules, 1994 the Diary No. 45/2021 (Lodg. No. 425/2020) alongwith Lodg. Nos. 423/2020, 424/2020 & 426/2020 are hereby declined for registration.
