It is contended in the application that the matter has been compromised between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Allahabad, copy of which is annexed the said application. It is prayed that the amount deposited by the appellant towards pre-deposit for maintaining the appeal i.e. Rs. 10.00 lacs, which was deposited by the appellant before the Registrar of this Tribunal, may be released in favour of the respondent-Bank.
In view of the prayer so made in the application and the fact that the matter has been compromised between the parties, let the amount of pre-deposit, which was deposited by the appellant towards pre-deposit, be released in favour of the respondent-Bank of India within 10 days from today. Accordingly, the application for release of amount stands disposed off.
