THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
I.A. No. 168 of 2022 Application for amendment to the effect that pending Appeal Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. was impleaded as necessary party by the DRT. This order was also confirmed by the Hon’ble Calcutta High Court in CO. No. 1796 of 2021 on 15.02.2022. Although SLP is pending against that order but no stay order is on record. Learned Counsel for the Appellant prays that IOCL may be impleaded as necessary party. Amendment to this effect has already been carried out
