It has been mentioned that the Bank sold property and received more than Rs. 82 Lakhs. Ld. Counsel states that he will argue before the Hon’ble Court.
The instant Application has been filed under section 18 of the SARFESI Act against interim order dated 21.11.2022 of DRT, Allahabad in S.A. No. 841/2022. Urgency Application (I.A. No. 616/2022), Interim Relief Application (I.A. No. 617/2022) and Waiver Application (I.A. No. 618/2022), have been filed along with the Appeal.
