The present appeal has been filed by the appellant bank seeking direction for transferring of S.A. No. 85/2022 from DRT-Jaipur to DRT-I, Chandigarh for consolidation of S.A. No.85/2022 of DRT-Jaipur with S.A. No. 70/2021 of DRT-I, Chandigarh or alternatively to be heard by any DRT within the jurisdiction of this Appellate Tribunal and further direction for expeditious disposal.
