Ld. Counsel for respondent bank states that matter is pending before Hon’ble High Court and vide order dated 21.11.2022 the Hon’ble High Court directs the parties to take an adjournment before this Tribunal on this date.
Since the Hon’ble High Court is seized of the matter, the matter is adjourned for 21.03.2023 for hearing. However, if there is any urgency the parties are at liberty to move an application for early hearing and matter will be taken up immediately.
