This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
Misc. Application No.76/2021
Vide order dated 27.08.2021, this Tribunal had requested the learned DRT to dispose of the S.A. as erly as possible, preferably within a period of three months. Now a request dated 04.05.2022 has been received from DRT-I, Delhi for extension of time by six months to dispose of the S.A.
Learned counsel for State Bank of India states that the matter stands settled. In case settlement has been arrived at between the parties, they are at liberty to move the learned DRT for disposing of the S.A. at an early date and the DRT will dispose of the same in accordance with law.
With the above direction, the application stands disposed of.
