This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
This is an application moved by the applicant for early hearing of SA bearing no. 360/22 pending before the Ld. DRT-1, Delhi.
Heard. Ld. DRT-1, Delhi is holding regular charge of DRT, Allahabad and is holding additional charge of DRT-I, Delhi and further in number of cases, directions have already been issued to RT-I, Delhi to decide the matters in a time bound manner. Thus, in view of the fact that DRT-1, Delhi is already overburdened, therefore, no directions can be passed to decide the case of the appellant in a time bound manner at this stage. The application is, therefore, dismissed.
