M.A. No. 561/2012 is an application for condonation of delay in filing the Appeal. By order dated 21.08.2015 the application was allowed on the condition to deposit Rs.5 Lakhs towards a token of the amount due on the date within four weeks. Rs.2 Lakhs was deposited towards this amount and Rs.2.47 Lakhs lying in a ‘No Lien Account’ with Respondent No.1 were directed to be appropriated towards the loan. Ultimately the application for condonation of delay stands allowed.
M.A. No. 632/2012 i.e. an application for waiver of predeposit. Reply has been filed by the Respondent Bank.
