The Appeal was dismissed for non-compliance with the order to effect substituted service on the Respondents by publication.
The Publication now has been affected and the Appellant has requested for restoration of the appeal by filing an M.A. No. 476 of 2017. The Appeal is of the year 2012; therefore, the restoration can be allowed only by putting the Appellant on terms. The Appellant is directed to pay a sum of ₹ 10,000/- to the D.R.T. Bar Association for purchasing books and periodic within a week failing which the application shall be dismissed.
