This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
Ld. Counsel for the appellant has filed the present application for transfer of OA bearing no. 3440/2017 which is pending in DRT-Chandigarh to DRT-Jaipur on the ground that the OA filed is regarding the same property which was in question in S.A.
At this stage, Mr. Ashish Mehta-AGM from respondent Bank has stated that it will be in the interest of all, if the case is transferred to DRT-Delhi.
Ld. counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same.
In view of the fact that both the parties have agreed that the OA bearing no. 3440/2017 may be transferred to DRT-Delhi, let the same be transferred to DRT-II, Delhi in whose jurisdiction the Branch of the respondent bank i.e. Parliament Street Branch is situated.
List the matter before DRT-II, Delhi on 29.08.2022.
In the meanwhile, DRT-II, Chandigarh is directed to send complete file/record to DRT-II, Delhi.
Application stands disposed of accordingly.
