The office report dated 21.12.2022 shows that as per tracking report, the notices sent to the respondent no. 2 & 3 have returned back with endorsement “insufficient address” and the respondent nos. 4, 6 & 7 have been noticed, but no reply has been filed on their behalf.
Learned counsel for the appellants is directed to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondent nos. 2 & 3 through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area, where the said respondents reside. The affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
Learned counsel for the respondent no. 6 seeks time to file reply, which may be filed the next date.
