As per report of the Registrar dated 31.10.2022, the present appeal has been filed under section 17(6) of the SARFAESI Act for direction to the DRT, Allahabad to decide the recall application as well as the S.A. No. 618 of 2021 expeditiously.
After hearing the learned counsels for the parties, the present application is disposed off with a direction to the DRT, Allahabad to consider and decide the recall application as well as the S.A. No. 618/2021, which is stated to be pending, in accordance with law most expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
