This is an application for restoration of Appeal on Diary No. 92/2020 along with Diary No. 13/2021, 14/2021 and 127/2021, registration of which was declined by the Registrar vide order dated 09.12.2021.
On perusing the application, i.e. M.A. 9/2022 and the accompanying affidavit, the application is allowed and Applicant is permitted to cure the defects, if any, in the Appeal on Diary No. 92/2020 along with Diary No. 13/2021, 14/2021 and 127/2021.
Ld. Counsel appearing for the Applicant informed that she has cured all the defects. Hence the matter shall be taken on file by the Registrar.
Post on 06.05.2022 before Registrar for compliance.
