This is an application filed by the applicant for transfer of TSA No.10/2021 from DRT, Jaipur back to DRT-2, Delhi from where it was transferred to DRT, Jaipur.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that though the matter was fixed for 09.05.2022 before the DRT, however the learned Presiding Officer had preponed the date and decided the matter vide order 07.05.2022 . He further states that an appeal has been filed against the said order before this Tribunal, which now stands listed for 12.10.2022.
In view of the fact that final order has been passed by the learned DRT, Jaipur, this application has become infructuous and the same is, therefore, dismissed.
