This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that the matter stands settled and the appellant wants to withdraw the S.A. filed before the learned DRT as the applicant has deposited the entire amount as per the compromise with the respondent bank. He, however, submits that the DRT is not taking up his case, as learned P.O. is taking up only urgent matters involving auction sale and possession. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that direction may be given to DRT to take up the S.A. of the appellant and dispose it of after recording the settlement on the next date of hearing.
Heard. In view of the above submission, the learned P.O., DRT is requested to take up the S.A. No.248/2022 of the applicant on the next date fixed before it and dispose it of in accordance with law in view of the fact that the matter stands settled between the parties.
Application stands disposed of.
