Learned counsel for the Respondent seeks time to file Affidavit with a detailed statement with regard to the properties which the Bank has sold subsequent to the disposal of the O.A. for the purpose of hearing on application for waiver of pre-deposit.
Respondent shall file above Affidavit within three weeks with copy to other side, positively.
Appellant is directed to take immediate steps to substitute the Respondent Bank, Corporation Bank, with Union Bank of India, consequent to merger.
