This application has been filed by the applicants for transfer of the S.A. No.129/2021 pending before the learned DRT-II, Delhi to some other DRT in view of impending sale of the property in question, as there was no Presiding Officer in the said DRT to hear the grievance of the applicant. Since now the DRT-II, Delhi is functional, this application has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.
