Mr Shyam Lal Rastogi Since Deceased through Its Legal Heirs versus Syndicate Bank and Ors.

Ld. Counsel for applicant states that proceedings is pending for recovery before Ld. Recovery Officer and there is threat of arrest and civil imprisonment to the LRs of appellant herein (male CDs) in R.C. No. 316/2019. Ld. Counsel for applicant further states that now the matter has been transferred to DRT-II, Delhi and renumbered as TMA No. 06/2022 and is now listed on 19.12.2022.

Ld. Counsels for applicant prays that if a direction is given to the Ld. DRTII, Delhi to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible, the purpose of filing the present applicant would stand satisfied.

Heard. The Ld. DRT-II, Delhi is requested to take up matter on 07.12.2022 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
