Mr. Vinod Raheja, auction purchaser, states that he wants return of his Rs.1.94 crores deposited with the respondent bank for the reason that the bank had concealed certain material facts at the time of auction of the property in question. Heard. Let the auction purchaser approach the bank in this regard and the bank will consider his request in accordance with law.
