two Appeals filed by the common Appellants challenging order of the DRT-III, Mumbai from two different interlocutory orders pending an Appeal No. 07/2014. During the pendency of these Appeals, Appeal itself has been disposed of by the Ld. Presiding Officer of DRT-III, Mumbai on 05.09.2014.
In view of disposal of the Appeal itself, the Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellants herein would like to withdraw the Appeals and hence the prayer is allowed.
Both Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn.
