Settlement talks between the parties has failed.
As per notice under Section 13 (2) an amount of Rs. 27,69,937/- is to be paid by the appellant. Ld. counsel for appellant submits that he has already deposited Rs. 6,00,000/- with the Registry.
Let appellant deposit the remaining amount i.e. 25% of Rs. 27,69,937/-. Thereafter his application for waiver of 25% of the further amount will be considered.
Let matter be listed for 18.07.2022 for further proceedings.
