This application has been filed by the appellants stating that on 07.04.2022 when this matter came up for hearing this Tribunal had passed a stay order to the extent that the DRT will not pass final order in the S.A. till the next date, but inadvertently this was not mentioned in the order. Learned counsel prays that this error may be rectified.
Learned counsel for the respondent RBL does not oppose this prayer.
Accordingly, the inadvertent error is corrected to the extent that DRT will not pass the final order in the S.A. till 05.07.2022.
