Miscellaneous Appeal No. 62/2022
This is an appeal filed by the appellant bank against the impugned order dated 23.03.2022 passed by Ld. DRT-I, New Delhi in I.A. No.698/2022 of S.A. No. 184/2020.
Ld. Counsels for both parties agrees that if a direction is given to the Ld. DRT to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible the purpose of filing the present appeal would be satisfied.
Heard. The Ld. DRT whosoever is having the jurisdiction is requested to take up matter on the next date of hearing, if it is not possible to take up the matter on the said date, then to take it up immediately thereafter, and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
With the above direction, the present appeal stands disposed of.
