This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. Learned counsel for respondent bank states that this is an appeal filed by the appellants against an order declining their request for interim relief. Learned counsel today makes a statement on behalf of the bank that the bank will not take any coercive action against the appellants till the disposal of the S.A. and it is only interested in the final disposal of the S.A.
In view of this statement, the appeal has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.
