This appeal is filed challenging the Order dated 12.2.2013 of DRT, Ernakulam in IA No.2566/2012 (of Common Order in IA Nos. 2566 & 3506/2012) in OA 195/2006.
As appellant has not evinced any interest in prosecuting the case, in order to give an opportunity to the appellant, matter is posted to this day under caption “for dismissal”. In spite of that, appellant bank again sought time today for arguments. I am not inclined to grant any further adjournment.
Therefore, Appeal MA 52/2013 is dismissed for non prosecution.
