Ld. Counsel for the appellant states that the S.A. out of which the present miscellaneous appeal has arisen has finally been disposed of by the Ld. DRT vide its order dated 17.09.2022 and therefore, the present appeal has become infructuous. He however, prays that liberty may be granted to file appeal if he is aggrieved by the final order passed in the aforesaid S.A.
The present appeal is accordingly, disposed of as having become
infructuous with liberty as prayed for.
