Ld. Counsel for the appellant states that the matter stands settled between the parties and NHAI has issued an NOC bearing no. NHAI/PIU-GZB/DMEII/12029/NOC/2022/E-813, dated 06.04.2022.
Both the parties state that they will abide by the terms and conditions mentioned therein. It is also made clear that the present NOC has been issued in supersession of the earlier Provisional NOC dated 10.01.2019 granted in favour of the respondent.
With the above observations, the present appeal stands disposed of as settled.
